Pointe class: 4:15pm-5:00pm

Come try pointe class! Not strong enough yet? That’s okay. Some dancers take the class in ballet slippers until they’re ready. We start with ankle and foot strengthening exercises. Then we warm up at the barre first on two feet, and then one foot at a time, and then move into traveling steps, working on technique and engaging the correct muscles. Everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace. We end stretching our calves and ankles.
